The Maresias Beach Hotel (the WCPP venue) offered a great deal for the WCPP attendants. The hotel provides great accommodation by the sea and three meals a day for fair prices (from US$ 1060 up to US$ 1280 for 6 days, around US$176 up to US$213 a day).

Cheaper rooms at the same hotel including meals are being negotiated for undergraduate and graduate students (shared rooms for up to four people).

The hotel expects an attendance of minimum of 80 rooms booked, and we recommend the attendants not to be hosted in other places because of the distance between Maresias Beach Hotel (where the conference will take place) to other places and the poor public and private transportation system within São Sebastião town. Please avoid using housing apps or private rental offers to avoid problems.

The same prices are also available for IPPS members for vacations in the days before and after the WCPP.
